How to get a V-shaped body?

I want to have a V-shaped body. My problem at present is that I have lots of unwanted fat in my body now. I want remove these spongy fat and strengthen my body. I have a good build, but the problem is excess fat. How long will it take to be in good shape? Which method should i follow to achieve this? I would like to get special training in the form of footage or articles or whatever, even though they are paid ones. Please help me.
