How do I cancel an AOL dialup connection which is being paid from my egg credit card.?

Under Visa regulations you can claim under something called Cancel Recurring. Did you cancel the subscription within the free trial period? Do you have proof i.e. the email you sent etc. If so, contact Egg, tell them the situation and they will likely ask for proof of the cancellation. They will then claim the subscription funds back from AOL. If you didn't cancel, do so now, in writing, keep a copy, then follow the same procedure as above. AOL will be allowed a period of time to comply (30 or 60 days) but then the claim can be made as normal. If you did cancel within the free trial but don't have proof, send the cancellation letter anyway, and then follow the procedure above.
