What do you plan on dressing your kids up for Halloween as? I need ideas?

What are you going to dress them up as? Where did you get the outfit or where do you plan to look? Or are you going to make one at home? My son is 16 months, and I looked at wal-mart and toysrus and couldn't find anything. I need some ideas!
