Should I buy a Schecter Synyster Custom Electric Guitar or an ESP LTD deluxe EC-1000 electric guitar?

I have been playing guitar a little more than a year now. I play mostly heavy rock and want a guitar that can give good pinch harmonics, has a thin neck, has at LEAST 22 frets, isn't too much money, and sounds good with songs like welcome home by coheed and cambria, my curse by killswitch engage and avenged sevenfold songs. I've narrowed it down to these two guitars but I don't know which one I should get. If anyone could give me advice or the pros/cons of these guitars I would appreciate it.
