Puppy Mill Dogs to SPCA - questions?

I got my dog from the ASPCA and she was from a puppy mill. I don't think it is right of you to judge the people for doing the right thing and give those poor dogs a good home. The puppy mill dogs have extensive medical and socialization problems and the ASPCA would never give one of them to a family that wouldn't be able to take care of there needs. I think it depends on the state you are for how they shut down puppy mills. Also on how bad the conditions are and how sick their dogs are.
