First do not take anymore Vicodin as you had a reaction to it. Your dentist must know this and put it on your health record. Secondly you need to call the dental office and tell them of your pain. I'm sure they will work you in as an emergency appointment. You may need antibiotics and a different pain pill. Start rinsing with warm saline every 2 hours. Good luck
