HELP with JAILBREAKING IPOD TOUCH?

I have a 1st gen 2.2 version and i want to jailbreak with quick pwn. When i go to download it it says i have to extract all the files so i do then i click on the quick pwn logo and it says it can not run. How do i get it to run.
