Why does my left side hurt when i eat an excessive amount of carbs and protein in one meal?

I don't know what your going for but if it's a bodybuilder/strong man, you really shouldn't be eating 200grams of protein in one sitting...especially right before you go to bed. Just split your body weight into 4 or 5 and eat that many grams of protein per meal....don't go overboard all that will end up happening is you get fat.
