A statistics question. What test should I use to answer this question? a paired t test or some form of an ANO?
I have 1 group of subjects without glaucoma, and I want to know if an intervention at day 1 causes a statistically significant increase in eye pressure at any followup visit. I have eye pressure readings from day 0 (baseline) as well as from month 1, month 3, month 6 and month 12. With 100 subjects each with 4 followup eye pressure readings, should I do a paired t test comparing each post intervention pressure back to the baseline pressure? Or should I do an ANOVA test? If ANOVA, then in what form: two-factor ANOVA with Replication or two-factor ANOVA without replication? What test is called for here!?
