Is it illegal in France to leave a bar, refusing to pay for drinks that have been ordered but not consumed?

So do you not pay for a meal that is too big that you ordered? They can;t just pour it back in the bottle. You ordered it, you should have done your homework on the drinks and the prices before ordering. As in asked how much drinks are. Simple questions so that you don't have fiasco's like this. There is no excuse for ignorance, you are in the wrong.
