Has anyone holidayed with a company called EXODUS! Any good?

I am thinking of taking my wife and 2 grandkids to South Africa & Swaziland next year this involves some camping and staying in chalets and swazis huts, I need to now how basic this will be, my wife is very fussy!!!!!!1
